For users to get Sync folders in in their Outlook ( and other email clients), they need to ensure the following actions have been taken:
- Mailbox sync is enabled
- Required folder has been favourited (toggle the star next to a folder to colour green to favourite it) in Soup Mail. This will create a duplicate folder in Outlook.
Remember that un-favouriting folders in Soup Mail will remove the folder from the Soup Mail sync folder list in your email client.
