Fix issue where .eml files open as attachments to a new email in Outlook

If you have machines on which opening a .eml file causes Outlook to open up a new draft email with the .eml attached, instead of opening up the .eml as an email, please apply the applicable registry key fix from the below files.

You should download the applicable file to the affected machine(s) and choose to run it (as administrator).

Ensure you choose the correct file based on the version of Outlook (2003/2007) and the bitness of your machine (64/32).

Note that you will need to Exit and then re-open Outlook for the fix to take effect, and you may be prompted to confirm Outlook should be your default program for email, calendaring and tasks.
