How do I download a local copy of my emails from a Soup Mail folder?

This article will guide a user on how to download a copy of their email from the Soup Mail online app.

1. Login to Soup Mail online if you're not already logged into it using the link https://go.soupmail.com
2. Search for and open folder containing the email of interest
3. If email is not already visible, search for the email to be downloaded using the “Refine Search” bar at the left corner of the folder containing all emails 
4. Click on “Download Email” on the right corner of the Soup Mail app next to the email title to download email.
